Chef Rinette Enslin is the principle of Olive Chef School. She is a Silwood Kitchens Graduate with a distinction in her Grande Diploma Cordon Bleu. She has 18 years of National and International work or training experience in the industry. Her passion for culinary excellence and creativity drive are the fundamentals on which she runs Olive Chef School in Bloemfontein.
The school’s vision is to train chefs of an outstanding caliber while encouraging creativity and, at the same time, instilling high levels of quality, cost control and food presentation. To give the students personal attention we only have two clases of 12 students per year.
Olive Chef School will provide you with an international City & Guilds accredited Cordon Bleu Chef Certificate and Diploma in Professional Cooking. City & Guilds is accredited in more than 100 countries. Reg. nr. 843 255 |

Trainee chefs must have a matric certificate. Potential students will be required to attend an interview before selection can be considered.
The flexibility of the course allows for students to apply their skills within the industry. The following are some of the career opportunities which your studies at Olive Chef School Culinary Education can prepare your for: Chef, Caterer, Food Stylist, Hotel Chef de Cuisine, Hotel F&B Manager, Test Kitchen, Restaurant Manager & Kitchen Manager.
Due to our international standard of training our students can easily work in a variety of countries. We are regularly approached for chefs and we promote our own first. These opportunities range from six months to two years.
In addition to the overseas work we have a national network of chefs in various positions.
